Leigh Davitian is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Dumbarton Group and Associates (DGA), a healthcare law and policy firm located in Washington, DC. Leigh has extensive experience with the Medicare and Medicaid programs including provider reimbursement trends, patient coverage parameters, coding and billing, and program integrity issues concentrating on fraud and abuse relating to government and commercial mayors.
Leigh has experience dealing with Anti-Kickback statutes, False Claims Act, Telehealth/Telemedicine Reform, Physician Self-Referral laws, and works closely with the Congress, White House administration, CMS, Office of Inspector General, and state legislative bodies.
Leigh is the co-founder and principal of LARK Group & Associates, a healthcare compliance firm assisting clients on potential exposure to Medicare and Medicaid non-compliance issues and minimizing incidents of fraud, abuse, and errors in the workplace. Leigh consults for a myriad of healthcare providers such as physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacies, and nursing homes.
Prior to forming her own companies, Leigh was Senior Legislative Counsel for the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and started her legal career at the Department of Justice - Honors Program in the Office of Taxation and Bankruptcy.
